Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Commission Sales Associate located in Westminster, CO. The Commission Sales Associate will work with our team to identify potential customers and sell our janitorial services to businesses in the Denver Metro area. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for developing leads, managing accounts, and closing sales.


  • Sales experience and the ability to close sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service skills and the ability to manage accounts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Familiarity with the Denver Metro area is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required. for this Position KG facilities Solutions Provides a Base Salary plus Commission which will be discussed during interview.
